GOLD MEDAL EVENTS

Each year the Photography Committee honors a person who has made an outstanding and influential contribution to the photographic world either as an artist, curator, educator or scholar. Alfred Stieglitz, one of the founding members of the National Arts Club (1898) was one of the first artists to seriously consider and champion the art of photography. The committee is comprised of volunteers who are either publishers, photographers, writers and collectors.
